Edible Wild spring workshops. 


Introductory field trip on April 21st, meets at 1:30 in the RIM parking lot, Innovation Drive, to identify and taste spring wild edibles in Ottawa's Great Forest. This field trip is sponsored by the Wildlife Federation, all ages welcome, no charge. Dress for the weather, old shoes or boots, trails may be wet or muddy.

First Edible Wild workshop on Wed. April 25th, at 6:30, at my old farmsite , 1913 Dunrobin Road. Dress for the weather, insects, bush walking. Six field workshops, meeting at my farm unless otherwise instructed. Traffic can be slow, but we will have our wild salad to pick and latecomers can catch up, or look for a map on the mailbox.. Course includes potluck wild food banquet and recipes. Registration fee, $100, payable at the first session.
